THE UNITED KINGDOM: New technology may soon enable internet users in Britain to spice up their e-mails with fragrances. According to the Times newspaper, Telewest Broadband, a British internet service provider, plans to market what is being called a “scent dome,” which would plug into customers’ computers much like a printer.
